Counseling is just being intentional with your story.
Every story has hope…
and so does yours. Regardless of what challenges you face, your story isn’t over. There is still hope. Counseling is getting intentional with your story by addressing challenges directly. Challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.
People I have worked with in the past have shared with me how they wished they would have gone to counseling a lot sooner. Many expressed how nervous they were to start, but after their first session they felt more comfortable. They even started to look forward to their sessions because of the positive impact it was having in their story.
Make counseling the brave step in this chapter of your story.
